I loved quiet location of the hotel and useful staff. The room was well laid out with an amazing bed. They made my stay peaceful. The breakfast had plenty of food, like fruit, eggs and cheese. Moreover, a historic town square was 5 minutes' walk away.

it was tidy, the staff was brilliant, plus the service was perfect. loved the breakfast provided, it was fine. the irish bar was excellent and the drinks were hot.

Amazing staff and such fantastic location, perfect for me. I tried some nice meals at restaurant de graslei, located very close to the hotel. Room was great large, with a private bathroom. I used private parking nearby.
